Exhibitor opportunities for Sept. 20th - 22nd, 2012

We are accepting applications for Exhibitors for the seminar and display. It is our intention to offer space to those that are a "good fit" with the purpose of the seminar and display for encouraging low in-put, rotational grass based operations. Exhibitor space is situated conveniently next to the seminar and display pens where all attendees will be directed during the seminar for viewing display animals. Vendor booths will be visible from the seminar stands area. We will be allowing for different levels of sponsorship with different benefits for this event starting at our basic level of $300 then increasing in cost and benefits from there to $1000, $1750 and $2500 or a Breakfast sponsorship for $5000. See details of these sponsor levels below. If your schedule does not allow you to attend the event, we do have an opportunity to distribute your material to the attendees for a very nominal fee. We are adding a new feature to this years program. We are opening the exhibit hall for one half day prior to the start of the seminar to allow the public to come in a view display cattle and talk with vendors. We will be advertising this half day event to increase awareness and extend our reach to those that may not be already participating in low-input grass based rotational grazing practices and allow for you, the exhibitor to reach more potential customers.

Sponsorship Details

We look forward to considering your company as a sponsor for this event. Our last two events have drawn a total of over 485 people from 22 states and 3 countries(simply because we turned people away due to space limitations at our first event), this event will not have attendance limitation and vendors will be much more visible. If you market to the grazer and/or the grassfed producer, you will want to be considered at the highest level available. We will have a limited number of sponsors at each level so submit your application today as we will consider on a first come first serve basis.

Breakfast Sponsor Fri - $5000
Breakfast Sponsor Sat - $5000

This level will include your Vendor Booth, 4 Banquet Tickets, a special limited Vendor Table at the Banquet, a specially designed, with your logo, 4 x 8 Banner displayed at breakfast and you will get company recognition during the seminar. We are also offering at this level a 1.5 hour breakout session to discuss your chosen subject.

Diamond Level Sponsor - $2500

This level includes your Vendor Booth, 3 Banquet Tickets, a special Vendor Table at the Banquet and a specially designed with your logo 4 x 8 Banner displayed at the seminar seminar. We are also offering at this level a 1 hour breakout session to discuss your chosen subject.

Gold Level Sponsor - $1750

This level includes your Vendor Booth, 2 Banquet Tickets, a special Vendor Table at the Banquet and a specially designed with your logo 3 x 6 Banner displayed at the seminar. We are also offering at this level a 1/2 hour breakout session to discuss your chosen subject.

Silver Level Sponsor - $1000

This level includes your Vendor Booth, 1 Banquet Ticket and a 2 x 4 Banner displayed at the seminar

Bronze Level Sponsor - $300

This level includes your Vendor Booth.
