The purpose of this event is to help producers grow in knowledge of the grassfed industry and in finishing cattle specifically. Our desire is to help producers understand the possibilities for finishing cattle correctly on grass to produce the best quality grass fed beef possible. We also desire to create a consistency of beef quality within the industry.
