Next event Scheduled for Sept 21 – 22, 2012

Our next event has been scheduled for 2012. Mark your calendars now for Sept. 21 - 22, 2012 in the same location in Norfolk, NE with pasture walks to be held on Sept. 20. We will have more information about the speaker line up as information is available. Our preliminary speaker line up is: Dr. Garry Lacefield from the University of Kentucky, Gabe Brown a rancher and National Speaker from North Dakota, Will Harris III a rancher and abbatoir owner for both beef and chicken in Georgia and Mark Schatzker author of the book Steak. We will have bio's up of all of these great men shortly. Check back frequently for updates on the 2012 event and it's speakers!

Purpose Statement

To promote grass-fed beef for the social good of our land, our consumers, and our communities.

To educate producers by promoting the exchange of ideas and developing strategies to increase the value of the grass-fed industry.

To improve genetics for the grass-fed industry through the exchange of proven genetics and to improve the skills of the grass-fed producers through education and the sharing of knowledge by means of sales and seminars.
